So I was inspired by some of the things that were said in the 'how would you rerelease bloodbowl' and I got to thinking. What if there was a website that was a central resource for all things fantasy football. Bloodbowl/elfball and dreadball all on one site along with all the 3rd party miniature makers. Companies would pay a nominal fee to join the site which would cover site cost, updates and said website attending gaming coventions where it would promote fantasy football games and mini's. Cool idea or not?

Well...even with a nominal fee, making companies pay to be featured is going to result in a site that is less inclusive than you envision. Couldn't you just use an existing free service.

There is, for instance, the Blood Bowl Reddit page:
http://www.reddit.com/r/BloodBowl
Which has a fair number of links and is still in its infancy. It's not really my cup of tea in terms of aesthetics or general tone, but it could probably be expanded/improved.

Tough call. All joking aside, that's still this site; a full on static webpage would be less go-to for the vets as they would know the indie manufacturers; and less interactive for n00bs. It would also be a 'mare to maintain.

Don't worry, I'm doing my best to "contribute" to that one, too ;)
