House rules poll!

Post by longfang »

Just been visiting the house rules site and noticed the poll they have going concerning the BBRC, wether they should mke big changes to the rules set this year. At present it's 70% NO! Which I think is good.

I'd rather not see any "big" changes, IMO clarifications are all we really need.

Yep. I agree with that. Clarify and clean. Next year they'll have twice as much data on the new set of rules as they do now. Then they can change anything that needs it.

I'm surprised 30% said yes!

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.

Doesn't this make anyone else wonder why so many of the suggested changes are large changes? If we don't want major changes then why do they keep proposing them?

Wouldn't this be a "bad move" for GW to allow massive changes to the rules a month or two after re-releasing the game again with a revised rule book?

JJ in a newsletter and Neo on TBB have already said that this year there would be no major rule changes .... this review will be clarifications and experimental rules.

Hum, by talking about the October rules review... Any idea of the release ?

Edit: OK, the answe ris in another topic... sorry.

About the poll I'm all the more happy that these rules are for 80% of the coaches the best ever made, in game balance. So every change should be studied very carefully before making it official... See new rosters teams feedbacks for example.

Yeah I didn't say they were making big changes this year. I said that's what they keep suggesting.
