Ebay username list: some changes.

First of all, to make it a little more user friendly, I've switched the names around so that the ebay username is before the TBB username.
Secondly, I've arranged them into alphabetical order.
It should be easier and quicker to cross check now.
Thirdly, I've unlocked it. The days of me keeping the list updated date back to when we had individual moderators for specific forums. So if somebody wants adding to the list, they can drop a post below, then any moderator can add them to the list and then delete the post requesting it.
Should work better for everybody, people will be added faster (if I'm away etc), and in the unlikely event of no Mods about/not got around to it, then at least usernames are visible to all in the meantime.
